You have the address. The architecture. The thread count.
What you don't always have is the feeling — that quiet, unmistakable sense that every detail has been considered, every guest seen, every moment exactly as it should be.
That's where we begin.
I founded The House Elizabeth after years spent inside the world's most exacting hospitality and wellness environments — the kind where exceptional is the baseline, and anything less is noticed instantly.
For over a decade, I then took on, grew, and expanded a business in a highly regulated industry — building it into a seven-figure company. That work taught me what most consultants only theorise about: how to operate with rigour, under scrutiny, while never letting the guest-facing experience feel anything less than effortless.
Heritage. Refinement. Precision. These aren't words I apply to a brand. They're the standard I was trained to live inside, long before I named a company.
“True luxury is a thing designed — detail upon detail, intention upon intention, until the whole feels effortless. That is the architecture of luxury wellness.”
I came up through the floor — client care, service choreography, the small invisible mechanics that make a guest feel cared for without ever knowing why. Years spent reading a room before a word was spoken. Understanding what a guest needed before they could articulate it themselves.
Along the way, I built businesses. Scaled teams. Took retail environments and turned quiet footfall into loyal, returning clientele. I learned that luxury isn't a finish — it's a discipline. One that has to be felt in every interaction, or it isn't real at all.
What stayed with me wasn't the design, or the amenities, or even the reviews. It was watching a team come together — properly together — and become the best at what they do. And watching a guest exhale. Who feels truly seen. Cared for, in a way that felt less like service and more like therapy.
The world isn't getting any quieter. Life isn't getting any less demanding. But done right — with the right team, the right care, the right attention to what actually matters — we can change that, for the people who walk through the door. That's the difference worth building a business around.
I built The House Elizabeth for the properties and the people who understand that the experience is the asset — and who are ready for someone to treat it that way.
Most properties don't fail because the design is wrong, or the amenities are lacking. They falter in the space between — the handover that's slightly delayed, the therapist who's technically excellent but emotionally absent, the welcome that feels rehearsed rather than felt.
These are the details guests can't name, but never forget.
I'm the consultant brought in when a property already looks the part — and needs to feel it, too.
But I'm equally the consultant called for an emergency overhaul, when something has gone quietly wrong and needs steady, expert hands. And I'm the consultant who works alongside you from concept, through pre-opening, into ongoing management — present for the long arc, not just the polish at the end.
We know luxury. It’s in every detail and every nuance. It’s selective, intentional, a statement, an identity. It is as emotional as it is physical. It’s imprinted in everything we do, it always has been and always will be.
We’re here for you, not the other way around. We get inside your brand, your bespoke experience, to understand what makes you unique, we learn to speak your language so we can guide you to be the most refined version of yourself.
We’re based in Utah and believe in the power of face to face. We’ll always make the effort to ensure that is possible. Whether that means a one hour drive or a 24 hour flight. It matters.
We use specific business techniques to keep our overheads low. It’s important our service feels approachable, measurable and valuable. This is how we keep our consultancy costs down.
We lead with experience, not volume. Decades of working across cultures, languages and religions have given us a fluency that goes far beyond the technical. Our authority is earned — through results, through trust, through knowing when to speak and when to simply show the way. Whoever you are, wherever you are, the standard never changes.
We build relationships for the long term, we don’t believe in “short and sweet”. We want results to be measurable, rooted in your core values, made to grow with your business and take it from strength to strength. Integrity is the foundation of every relationship we create.
A structured eye on what's working, what isn't, and what's quietly costing you loyalty. From a focused diagnostic to a full operational blueprint, to an ongoing presence within your team — the depth of involvement is shaped around what your property actually needs, not a fixed package.
A private, invitation-led counsel for those who hold wellness as a quiet priority rather than a public one. Considered, discreet, and built entirely around how you live.
I don't work with everyone. I work with properties and individuals who already hold a high standard — and want a steady, discerning partner to help them meet it, consistently, in every detail.
We take on a limited number of partners, by design. A conversation comes first — to understand your objectives, and to see if there's a genuine fit. From there, the path forward is shaped around what your project actually needs.
If that's familiar, we look forward to speaking with you.
